How does the 200 nights free trial period work?
The only way you'll know whether the HiGRID- The Sleep company’s mattress is the right fit for you is by testing it. We think 200-nights is the perfect amount of time for you (and your body) to adjust to the mattress and get used to it. If you decide the mattress isn't quite right then we're more than happy to pick it up for you and give you a full refund. All you have to do is to email us at support@higridsleep.co.uk. We'll take care of the rest. It is necessary for you to try the mattress for a minimum of 3 - 4 weeks before replacing/refunding.When does the trial period start?

Our customer service team will organize a pick-up for your mattress with our returns partner. Once your return has been collected and processed please allow up to 14 business days to receive your refund.Can I return several mattresses?
Yes and No. We are more than happy for our beloved customers to try and find the best mattress as per their need, and it is okay to order different mattresses. However, we do not accept multiple trial and returns for the same product by one customer and thus highly recommend you to try your mattress for 200 nights and ensure the model fit before returning and making another purchase.
