Great mattress, smell takes a while to go but very comfy.

Great mattress

Having used the mattress for a couple of weeks now we are very happy with it so far. We were concerned about reviews mentioning the smell on unpacking but for us this was very slight and we were able to sleep on it within a couple of days of unpacking. Looking forward to more nice sleeps.

Further to my last review.

I was contacted by customer service who were aware of a further delay to my order. I was not aware of this. They also didn’t tell me it was being delayed again, I had to check a tracking app. This will be 16 days from purchase to delivery, if it isn’t delayed again. I haven’t ever been notified in advance of the delays or even why it’s being delayed. I have always had to use various random tracking apps to find out where the product is. Higrids response was “wait until this date and if it doesn’t arrive we will send you another”. I don’t really think it’s acceptable to wait 16 days for a product that people have received in less that 5. I also don’t think it’s acceptable not to inform me of delays or reasons for delays. I have made arrangements to be home on two separate occasions now only to find out on the day I'm expecting delivery that the mattress has been delayed. I’m honestly just fed up now and I’m considering requesting a refund. So incredibly disappointed.

Disappointed with customer service

I purchased the Hygrid premium mattress recently and was thrilled to receive my new mattress 5 days later..Within 7 days of purchase the mattress was reduced on the companies website by £180 therefore I contacted Hygrid to enquire about a partial refund to which I was told that it would be escalated to the manager for authorisation….I have now made a further call to chase this however was told it would be a further 2 days to await a decision.

Yet again this has passed with no contact one way or another, The mattress itself is brilliant and I am now looking at returning my mattress under the 200 day trial for a full refund which could of been avoided if I had been dealt with in a better manner

Customer service aside the Mattress is very comfortable
