SmartGRID is engineered to be both soft and supportive. No matter how you sleep, it is firm enough to support your back and spine, but also soft enough to adapt to the shape of your body.

HiGRID doesn’t sag or sink like other memory foam mattresses. Unlike memory foam, our HiGRID doesn’t trap body heat. As a result, our mattresses can maintain a comfortable temperature all night long.

Our HiGRID mattresses come with a 10-year limited guarantee which begins at the date of purchase and is valid up to 10 years from the date of purchase.

There is no need to turn/flip the mattress.

Yes, all our products are totally safe for adults, children and even infants. The HiGRID mattress is made from a hyper elastic polymer which is actually a food grade material. Most of the raw materials are sourced locally to comply with the standards and provide the best consumer experience.

Like most new products, you may sometimes find a slight odour when you unbox a new HiGRID mattress just like a new car. Fret not, this smell doesn’t last very long! We compress the mattresses when we ship them to you. So, when you open the packaging, the mattress will feel normal within a few hours with fresh, clean air.

HiGRID mattresses are both FIRM & SOFT – firm where support is needed and soft where cuddling and comfort is needed. Our Premium Hybrid mattress is 6.5 on a scale of 10 which is soft, Luxe Original is 5.5 on a scale of 10 which means medium firm, and our Ortho Essential is 4.5 on a scale of 10 which is firm.

The Top Fabric of the mattress is completely washable.

Mattress can be rotated every 3 months.
